Adoption Exchanges

Adoption exchanges provide child adoption information to prospective adoptive parents and connects you with waiting children. Photo-listing services provide pictures and brief descriptions of the children in the state's foster care system who are available for adoption and waiting for families.

Please understand that these children are waiting in the states' foster care and foster care adoption programs and while many may be older and have some special needs, they are all in need of a loving family.  This website provides the links for state adoption exchanges and photo-listing services.  You can also check the Adoption Exchange and Photolisting link on the AdoptionServices.org website and on the Child Welfare Information Gateway website.
