Prevent Child Abuse

Prevent Child Abuse includes information regarding the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA), the national organization Prevent Child Abuse America, the Child Welfare Information Gateway, and U.S. federal laws related to child abuse and neglect, child welfare, and adoption.

Breastfeeding

Breastfeeding is very difficult or not possible for most adoptive parents.  However, some adoptive mothers have successfully breast feed their adopted child. This site will help educate anyone who is thinking about breastfeeding her child.
