About Us

This website was created to help any person or couple who is interested in learning about domestic or international adoption.  It was developed by Dr. Vince Berger, a psychologist and adoption expert, and the staff of his fully licensed and non-profit agency, Adoption Services, because they truly care about children and the families who want to adopt them.

Dr Berger has over 40 years of experience as a licensed psychologist, counselor, and adoption facilitator, and each of the staff he personally trained also has many years of experience.  Over 20 years ago, Dr. Berger set out to create an adoption program that would provide the personalized care that adopting families and the children they hope to adopt need.  Since its founding in 1985, Adoption Services has been licensed in multiple states and able to help adopting persons in all 50 states as well as those living in foreign countries.

After creating AdoptionServices.org, Dr. Berger and his staff set out to create a network of websites to help persons interested in learning to be a better parent, learning about pregnancy and child raising or any aspect of adoption. To assist you they created the following websites:
